I am a behavior analyst at Behavioral Concepts (BCI) and a PhD student of Psychology at University of Massachusetts Lowell. My research focuses on organizational behavior management (OBM), interdisciplinary collaboration, issues in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and dissemination.

I bring over five years of clinical experience implementing behavioral interventions for toddlers and school-aged autistic children. In my practice, I emphasize effective staff training and implementation of evidence-based interventions that are culturally responsive and dignified.
